5. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or failure to respond to customs requests, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges imposed by their country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within the purchase price.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 3-day return period from the date of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • NON-Intimate
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For quality-related defects verified by our team, customers may be eligible for:

  • A replacement item

  • A reshipment

  • A full refund

Sizing issues, fit preferences, or change-of-mind purchases may not qualify for a full refund where accurate sizing information was provided prior to purchase.

8. Defective Items

If you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Noctelle Threads directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We reserve the right to provide order records, delivery confirmations, communications, and other supporting documentation to payment providers during dispute investigations.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and images remain the property of Noctelle Threads and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
